My first obstacle: My husband has gone down to Baltimore to be with his dad, who is having surgery today.  I have a almost-14 month old and no one to watch him so that I can go to W2L.  Grrrr...

  1. Where There's a Will There's a Way! How about doing 15 squats while holding your 14-month old. Ten jumping jacks (not holding the 14-month old.
    Repeat 4 times.
Let me know who it goes.

  2. Ok apparently Jonathan was craving some alone time with mommy and is sick with a virus. I'll get on it Norma but let Keith know that I won't be there Wednesday. I am pretty sure that I can do a circuit at home -- or something close to it.

  3. I'm with you Aimee:)) I had a no-gym day yesterday, and followed Norma's plan - she thinks of everything! 30 min elliptical, planks and crunches. Remember girls - we don't have the Want To Lose - We have the WILL TO LOSE:)))

  4. Just wanted to let you know that I carried my 25 lb. bundle up the stairs to the doctor's office rather than take the elevator. Granted, I wasn't originally planning on it, but I realized that I have the opportunity to do exercise even when I'm not at the gym.

  5. Every minute of exercise counts...if you fit in 30 minutes of exercise every day, you are improving your health!
